Jon C Mejia is a researcher of neuroscience advances and author. He has invested
hundreds of hours interviewing men and women from all walks of life examining the
effect and cost of anxiety disorders both at the personal and the societal level.
Jon’s work led him to examine a wide range of modalities used to combat
the suffering caused by irrational fears, from ancient techniques such as meditation,
yoga and acupuncture, to the very latest computer generated video-game imagery currently
being applied that is designed to distract people from their fears.
Jon’s investigation
in this field led to his co-writing “Why Act Like a Mouse When You’re Really a Cat?”,
an exploration of the workings of the mind based on the many interviews and stories
he collected in the course of his research. Jon is also the co-creator of The Simone
Zone™, a revolutionary approach to handling a wide variety of issues, including
phobias and other anxiety based conditions utilizing a thought-based technology.
This process currently has a patent pending.
RG Gaznabi is a researcher, author and one of the pioneers
in the relatively new field of psychology called Performance Psychology. RG has
done research work, in both undergraduate and graduate level, at multiple colleges
and universities, including at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA)
on the many facets of psychology and performance.
During his research, RG looked
at the traditional branches of psychology (like clinical, neurological, industrial,
cognitive, sports, etc.) to study the various factors affecting performance at every
arena of our lives. Performance oriented patterns (behavioral and neurological),
successful learning methods and cognitive reprogramming are some of the many elements
RG examined through his ongoing research for finding the best models of behaviors
and techniques for consistently high performance.
On a personal note, being a passionate
sports lover and playing sports all his life, in spite of overcoming many physical
barriers, RG meticulously studied sporting legends and icons in terms of their performance,
level of motivation, behavior pattern, work habits and mental strength to excel
at any situation regardless of the odds against them. And one of RG’s goal has been
to take the successful behavior patterns of these legendary coaches and athletes
(together with successful individuals in other fields as well) and use the basic
principles derived from these patterns to coach or guide anyone who wants to be
a success at any field of their choice or even at any aspect of their lives.
In the last few years,
RG also did extensive research in the fascinating and hugely popular (and successful)
field of Energy Psychology. And he merged elements of both traditional psychology
with aspects of energy psychology, which in turn, led to him co-creating The Simone Zone program, a series of thought-based techniques using cutting edge audio-visual
technology that has been used very successfully for handling a wide variety of issues
(like stress, phobias, anger, self-esteem, etc.) and also achieving peak performance
in the lives of many individuals.
RG Gaznabi is the co-author (with Jon C Mejia) of the book “Why Act Like a Mouse,
When You’re Really a Cat?” This book contains a series of short animated stories
that will help the reader understand in a fun, entertaining and insightful way,
how the mind often puts us in a negative space (that diminishes performance) and
how we can recognize and reconcile that within us (that enhances performance).
Mission Statement
As the creators of The Simone Zone, we believe that all of us contain an unlimited
potential for success that is driven or can be driven by a never-ending source of
energy (mental and physical) to achieve anything that we want in our lives. And
we believe that this energy, which all stems from within ourselves, can be harnessed
and used to achieve any goals and desires in any arena.
Our thoughts are in essence, our energy. So, whenever we have a negative thought,
it translates into a negative energy, which in turn results in a negative behavior
or emotion (like stress, anger or sadness). And in the same way, whenever we have
a positive thought, it translates into a positive energy, which in turn results
in a positive behavior or emotion (like happiness, relaxed or contentment).
Furthermore, energy can also become 'stuck' in ways that is unproductive and perhaps
even harmful. For instance, often times we want to do something that might be important
for us but we just never end up doing it. Whether it's going to the gym or taking
care of finances or making that important phone call, we just do not take that first
step even though we know that we have the ability and potential to do it. I'm sure
we've all been there and each one these circumstances would be an example of 'stuck'
energy. And whenever there is 'stuck' energy it affects our level of stress, which
in turn affects our level of performance and that eventually affects our overall
quality of life.
With the help of The Simone Zone, which is a thought-based energy psychology technology, we want to
free all your 'stuck' energy and shift it from a negative to a positive mode or
pattern. And we believe that this freeing and shifting of energy would allow you
to fully utilize the vast energy source you have inside you and tap into the unlimited
potential that we know you have.
The Simone Zone is a tool that can be used by individuals as well as businesses,
sports teams, hospitals, organizations, schools, universities and any multitude
of groups or settings to attain peak performance and reduce stress regularly within
minutes.
We have dedicated ourselves to any individual, group or organization who want to
improve their quality of living, and being, so that they can fully achieve their
goals and realize their unlimited potential. And to facilitate this goal we have
made the Simone Zone Basic energy psychology demo available on-line to anyone at anytime at NO
CHARGE.
